Teleporters & Upgrades

Time For An Upgrade

Tip!

The Mystery Box grants you a random weapon. While there's a chance you'll get a deadly weapon from the box, there's just as much a chance you'll get a spare pistol. Weigh the risk of the Almighty Box!

Before we move on to the next step, take a moment to get a feel for your surroundings. Turning on the power has created many more opportunities for you. You now have two central routes to the starting area which will come in handy later on. You've also unlocked the perk machines on the map and, while expensive to buy, can drastically increase your survivability. The bridge that was once raised has now been lowered and now offers a more direct path to both sides of the map.

Most importantly, it's now much easier to reach the Mystery Box. The Mystery Box will cost you 950 Points each use and contains some of the best weapons available. If you haven't already, be sure to take a shot at it a few times if your feeling lucky! Otherwise, there are still some decent weapons that can be bought off of walls around the map. While some weapons are definitely more powerful than others, this does not always mean the weapon is more effective. Remember score over rounds? If you choose to use a shotgun or the powerful Ray Gun, you'll be getting the lowest possible points for kills since you're not hitting the zombie efficiently. The best choice of weapon is a machine gun of some sort. If your aim is true, you should try aiming for headshots to get the most points.

Activating The Teleporters

There are three teleporters on the map that each link up to the mainframe, or the starting pad in the middle. Facing forward from the start towards the stairs, they are located to the left, straight ahead, and to the right through the various doors you unlock. They don't need to be activated in any particular order, but keep in mind that in order to activate a teleporter, you must 'link' it to the mainframe. You'll have 25 seconds to sprint through the map to the starting platform to complete the 'link', after which you may teleport from that specific teleporter to the mainframe for 1500 Points. For the Easter Egg, all you need to do is link each of the teleporters.

Important

Working together with some friends? It's a good idea to split up to cover more teleporters at a time. Check out 'Hints & Tips' for more info!

Tip!

Now would be a good time to put those grenades to use. When you near the end of a round, use grenades on zombies to try and make them 'crawlers' so you can focus on linking the teleporters. Check out 'Hints & Tips' for more info!

Superior Firepower

Now that all of the teleporters have been linked, the Pack-A-Punch machine at the start of the map is open. Here you can insert your weapons to be upgraded for 5000 Points each. You'll need at least one weapon to be Pack-A-Punched to continue the Easter Egg, so you're going to want to rack up a lot of points. The catwalk by the second teleporter is an excellent place to build up points with its narrow passage and clear line-of-sight. Once you've got enough points, head over to the Pack-A-Punch and upgrade a weapon.

Important

Choose an accurate weapon like a machine gun or a sniper to Pack-A-Punch. You'll need the accuracy for the next step!

It's not 'Overpowered' if you're having fun!
